Downtown East Complex Care & Senior Services
Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Supportive Housing provides a range of supportive housing options across the City of Toronto in shared cooperative houses of 3-5 residents. Residents from ages 16-29 have access to intensive case management, daytime residential support staff, and life enrichment staff to support their individualized goals and care plans. All units are transitional, and residents can stay for up to 2 years. Our TAY units support youth experiencing homelessness and mental health and/or substance use challenges.
Our TAY Supportive Housing also includes a high support, 24/7 staff congregate living site for young women aged 16-35 in recovery from substances. Residents at this location can stay for 9-15 months and have the option to move into second-stage housing that is more independent to assist in their recovery journey.

- 16-29 years of age
- Youth experiencing homelessness, mental health, and/or substance use challenges or addictions

Complex Care and Personal Support Services
LOFT's Complex Care Services offer permanent, transitional and in some cases, respite housing and support to seniors aged 55 and older, with around-the-clock specialized assisted living services across Toronto, York Region, Simcoe County, and Muskoka Region.
Supportive Housing Services
Supportive Housing Services assists individuals facing complex mental health challenges, substance use issues, and homelessness. We utilize a Housing First approach, offering case management, residential support, and life enrichment to help individuals achieve personal goals and build community.
Specialized Community Health Services
Specialized Services provide homelessness, mental health and substance use supports for people managing complex challenges, such as HIV, gender transition, or justice involvement. We offer outreach, crisis management, and life skills development, to help clients live independently.
