The 416 began in the 1980s as a daytime drop-in center for women facing homelessness. In 2017, LOFT took over the house and promised to keep its original vision alive. Among the staff who run the 416, Donna best represents what the program is all about.

He was connected with Mount Dennis ICM, where he now has the safety, support, and stability he needs.
